What is Endometriosis?
Endometriosis is a condition that affects about 20 to 30 percent of young women. In this problem, bleeding starts inside the pelvis of the menstruating women. This is a disorder in which tissue that resembles the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterine cavity. The lining of the uterus is called the endometrium. Endometriosis occurs when endometrial tissue develops on the tissues lining the ovaries, bowel, and pelvis. According to Dr. Manju Singh, about 35-40 percent of women have problems in conception. Due to this inflammation, the egg in the uterus of the woman can be damaged and the scar tissue can block the fallopian tubes. Most of the people are familiar with this disease. Treatment of Endometriosis
